Fit files not coming through integration

If your fit files aren't coming through an automated integration and syncing up with your Tymewear data you can try these options.

  1. In the Profile section on the Tymewear web dashboard, disconnect and reconnect to the integration portal. Sometimes the integration fails on the platform side despite going through the linking process and it just needs to be reconnected.
  2. Make sure that the data isn't pulled from a 3rd party platform first before being sent to Tymewear. For example, If you have an integration between Garmin Connect and Tymewear, Garmin won't send data automatically they received it from another platform such as Zwift, TrainerRoad, etc. Make sure that your data is streaming directly into Garmin so that they will send it automatically to Tymewear.
