No breathing data available in my workouts (Flatline)
If your breathing signal is a flat line it most likely means that the pod isn't reading the sensor correctly. Try out these options before reaching out to our support team.
- Make sure that the pod is firmly attached to the hub. It only goes on one way, with the light facing down and the charging port facing left. The pod should click on with a low but audible click.
- Reset the pod. Your pod could need a quick reset before reading the breathing signal. Go to "Tyme Wear Pod" in the menu bar, click the white box with three dots on it next to the Pod name and then click "Reset".
