Key Sections

Dashboard
Overview of your key metrics, trends and device configuration. 

Activities
The Activities pages lists all of the activities you have completed and in the overview you can filter and search the list and then view each activity. Advance metrics can be viewed for each activity. 

Team
Coaches can invite athletes and when this has been confirmed, the training data can be viewed

Profile

View / Edit Profile
You can view and edit data related to your account such as name, weight, height, gender and preference for units. 

Click on the “Edit” button and after making changes, click “Save”.

Linked accounts
Here you can connect your Garmin Connect and Final Surge accounts with Tymewear. This allows data to be synchronised. For example if you use a Garmin watch or bike computer to capture your training data, including breathing sensor and heart rate sensor data - your data will then automatically synchronise and load into Tymewear. 

To connect, simply press “Connect” and follow the prompts. If you wish to disconnect a linked account, simply click “Disconnect”.

Appearance
Change preferences for Light / Dark mode and metric / imperience units. 

Logout
On the bottom left, the email associated with your account is displayed. Click this and select “Sound out” to log out of the Tymewear Dashboard.
