To get started with your VitalPro strap follow these instructions

Step 1: Get the Tymewear App
Download the Tymewear App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Create an account and login. Follow the onboarding instructions inside the Tymewear App.

Step 2: Insert one battery into the breathing sensor
Open the breathing sensor battery lid with the opener tool provided. Place the coin cell into the lid with the ‘+’ symbol facing upwards against the lid. Close the lid tightly.

Step 3: Insert one battery into the heart rate sensor
Use the round edge of the opener tool and twist the lid on the heart rate sensor counter clockwise to open.

Place the coin cell into the lid with the ‘+’ symbol facing upwards against the lid.
Close and lock the lid firmly by twisting clockwise.

Step 4: Position the chest strap
When wearing the heart rate sensor, match the left (L) and right (R) markings (on the back of the sensor) with the left/right side of your chest.

Step 5: Adjust the chest strap length
The chest strap is worn tight, but also should also be comfortable. Connect the strap together with the click-fittings. These are very easy to adjust and optional extensions are provided to extend the length if needed.

When you start an activity using the Tymewear App, it will provide guidance if the strap length needs to be adjusted.

Step 6: Check the strap position
Each time you wear the VitalPro, check that the heart rate sensor is positioned at the front of your chest in the center with the Tymewear logo facing the right way up.

The breathing sensor is positioned on your back, under your shoulder blades.

Step 7: Connect the VitalPro to the Tymewear App
Follow the prompts in the Tymewear App to connect (pair) the breathing sensor and heart rate sensor. This step only needs to be completed once as the App then automatically locates your paired sensors.

You have now completed the key steps. Next, you can connect to external sensors.
