To be eligible for the 30-day free returns, contact us via email support@tymewear.com within 30 days of ordering. 

Please include your order number and reason for return. 

The cost of the return postage to Tymewear is paid by the customer. Tymewear will refund the cost of the order, excluding the original shipping costs and, if these arise, any import duties or taxes that have been applied.

The return will be checked to ensure it is undamaged and the refund payment will then be made to the same card / account used for the purchase. The refund is immediate however credit card companies may take days to return the payment to the card holders account.
