Shipping, Customs and Taxes

Shipping
Tymewear orders are shipped from the USA and from within the European Union. Within these regions, when items are in stock, delivery typically takes around 3 working-days and when orders are dispatched, a tracking number will be sent.
For some areas that are more remote or islands (such as the Canary Islands), shipping can take longer.
For pre-orders or when out-of-stock, the information provided on the order page indicates the expected delivery time rame.
In the case you receive tracking information and there are delays or issues, please use the tracking and contact the shipping partner directly, as the fastest and most effective option. In the case they are not resolving this, please report delivery issues to support@tymewear.com
Customs fees and taxes
Tymewear orders are shipped from the USA and within the European Union. Inside these regions, tax is collected at the checkout for customers in these regions and is not charged as an additional cost.
For all other regions, including the United Kingdom, customs duties, fees and local taxes may be collected upon import.
A notification by the customs authority or the delivery partner is usually sent and the payment of any fees or taxes is usually due before delivery. Any fees or taxes levied are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within the cost of purchase.
Deliveries from Tymewear to customers in regions outside of the USA and the European Union include the necessary product and order documentation. Although these are provided with each shipment, a customs office or delivery partner may request them again.
